This has appeared and I don’t know how to remove it . It is constantly on everything I do !!!

That looks like it is from Accessibility, the AssistiveTouch button. Are you using the AssistiveTouch button, or any other accessibility functions?
You enabled an accessibility feature. Go to Settings/Accessibility and turn off Assistive Touch.
