Empty Apple ID
I have $0.01 on my Apple ID and I want to change countries but can’t because I need to empty my balance. How do I do that?

Buy something more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method to pay the excess amount; if you can't do this, ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
