How can I enlarge my icons and folders on my iPad Home Screen? IOS 15 has shrunk them all and I can’t seem to get them back! I only want four folders per row, not five.

I too have the small folder, not icon, issue after 15.1 upgrade with iPad Pro. I don’t have “view” under Display & Brightness so I don’t have Zoom. Home Screen & Dock/Use Large Icons doesn’t increase icon folder size. How do you increase folder size?
