My MacBook Pro I am seeing Activate Mac and restart. Then what?
When I press restart, it takes me back to Activate Mac. What do I do to get my computer up and running? My OS is Monterey and my MacBook Pro is 2020.

It sounds like you are unable to log into your computer as it keeps assign you to activate it.

If this has to do with Activation Lock, review Activation Lock for Mac.
You can see if any of these screens are relevant to your issue If your Mac doesn't start up all the way.
You can also try to boot into safe mode How to use safe mode on your Mac as it "prevents your Mac from loading certain software as it starts up, including login items, system extensions not required by macOS, and fonts not installed by macOS."
- Note, if it works as expected in safe mode, restart and try again.
