Exchange Apple Watch size

a relative bought me a Apple Watch 45 mm from target but he doesn’t have the receipt and was wondering if I can exchange for a smaller size to 41 mm. Only tried on ones the watch and doesn’t fit me well.

Exchange Hello my wife bought me an Apple Watch series 6 40mm but I prefer the 44mm.she bought it from a telecom company.so my question is ,Can they exchange it for me at apple store and I get the 44mm ? It’s still in a box and I am willing to pay the difference. thank you

Apple watch rainbow band Hi, if the rainbow band was a gift and the person did jot measure my wrist first, would I be able to send that back and exchange for a smaller size? thanks! It was for apple watch series 6

I think you will need the receipt.

Yes I would think so.You will need to prove that the watch is yours.
