No "Save As" dialog

When "Save As" is selected, no selection menue is opended.

After upgrade on macOS 12.0.1

Tried with: PDF Expert, Word, Excel.

Copies of files are possible with Finder.

Save of files is possible.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.15

Save as PDF shortcut will not work anymore I have used the keyboard shortcut Save as PDF... for years, it has saved me a lot of time. However, since upgrading from macOS Sierra to macOS High Sierra it has stopped working. I have reapplied it as per the help pages to no avail. Does anyone know why it should stop working with the upgrade?

Save and Save As doesn't work randomly on my Mac 12.0.1 I'm running OS 12.0.1 and computer is 3 years old. Every dialog where I can save or save as it DOES NOT work. Example 1: Email attachment in Outlook on Mac, i press save as. Does not work. No dialogue box appear. This is always like this Example 2: In chrome trying to save an image from Google. right click "save as. Does not work. This is always like this Example 3. In Mac Mail app saving attachment WORKS using save as. It always work. Any rights that I need to reset in Outlook and Chrome? Any ideas?

Try Shift+Option+S to "Save As" file. 
