AirPods Pro - one keeps clicking

Hi, I have some new AirPods Pros. The right ear "clicks" every couple of seconds to the point where I only ever use one AirPods. I have found it very frustrating. I have fully charged them, disconnected and reconnected to my devices but it is always the right ear that doesn't work. Any help?
