airpods pro clicking noise

Just recently, both my left and right airpods pro earbuds started making this clicking noise whenever I touch it or move my head. I thought maybe it was the rubber stuff at the ends so I switched them out, but they still make the clicking noise. This only happens when im on transparency mode though. The firmware is up to date and i tried resetting the airpods as well. Nothing has worked. Does anyone know what to do or how to fix it? Thanks
