How do i activate my iphone while i don't have apple id or username it bought it to someone ,i don't have his number.
If it’s a gift, only the end user (account owner) can activate it.

Sorry there's no help.
Activation Lock is a theft deterrent feature with no bypass or workaround.
Without the owner's authorisation (Apple ID & password), no thief or anyone including you can re-use the device.
You can recycle the device responsibly.
