Contacts found on servers works for one account only

I have connected my mac to two accounts: a google and a windows account. When I create an event on Apple calendar under my windows account, calendar displays the contacts "Found on Servers", as well as those "Siri found in Apps". However, if I create an event with my google account, calender only displays the contacts Siri found in Apps.

They are contacts held in a network directory service. I can see the google contacts listed in the Contacts app under Directories as explained here https://support.apple.com/en-gb/guide/contacts/adrbk1564/13.0/mac/12.0.

As explained previously, Calendar shows the google directory contacts when creating new events under my windows profile, which means the syncing is working correctly. However this doesn't seem to work when I'm creating an event under my google profile.
