Reply via Hide My Email doesn't work (SMTP fail)

Hi,

I'm not able to respond to any email that I got via Hide My Email. It supposed to "just work" but I get constant SMTP failure messages (screenshots from both iOS and macOS attached).

SMPT status seems to be fine:

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 11.6

Reply to "Hide my email" does not work I always get an error "Cannot send message using the server iCloud" when replying to emails received with an hide my email address. I tried to use mail on my MacBook, Mail on my iPhone and always get the same result. If I try to use the web interface of iCloud I can sent a response, but it will not get delivered, instead I get a "Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender" email from "Mail Delivery System <postmaster@icloud.com>"

Replying to emails When replying to emails, they are not sent, go to Outbox. I can initiate emails-no problem. Suggestions?

Mail randomly doesn’t send emails from gmail addresses In my Apple mail app I have gmail addresses set up. I have recently been experiencing an issue where emails sent from those gmail addresses simply disappear after trying to send them. Not in sent, not in outbox, just gone. It is random as to which sending gmail address and also as to recipient address. Anyone have experience with this?
