My iPhone shows up to date which is ios11.4.1 and I want to upgrade it to 12.4.2 cuz it seems it can’t download some apps

There may have been a problem with Wi-Fi connectivity.

Try restarting your iPhone, then connect to reliable WiFi.

Then check for updates.

If it receives either iOS 12.5.5 or 15.1.1 update, you can update it
