Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
How can I fix this problem? Under Settings on my iPhone SE, if I click on my name at the top, it brings me to my Apple ID page where all of the following is greyed-out:
Name, phone, email
Payment & Security
Also in grey at the bottom: "Trusted devices list is not available"
and "Sign Out" also is in grey.

Some things you can try. Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.
Try a restart.
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch *
Try a forced restart.
Reset Device. *
If necessary
Hard reset. -
Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.
Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup. *
Have you checked Settings/Screen Time for any restrictions?
Yes. I turned off screen time, re-set network settings and tried to re-set and erase, but got a message that I can't connect to the server.
