Can't access "Name, Phone Numbers, Email" or "Password & Security" on iOS 10.3.2

i have an iPhone 5 running iOS 10.3.2.


When I attempt to access Settings > AppleID, iCloud, iTunes & App Store > Name, Phone Numbers, Email or Password & Security, it “spins” continually without stopping. I can reach everything else on that page (e.g., Payment & Shipping, iCloud, and iTunes & App Store) and other settings.

Some things you can try.


Try a restart.


Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch    *


Try a forced restart.


Reset Device. -


If necessary


Hard reset.     -


Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.


Restore to Factory setting.      *


Restore - If you see an error when you update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod.   *


Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup.     *
