iPad connects in User ID, but not iPhone

Why does only my iPad and not my iPhone connect to topics in my Apple ID 1. Name phone numbers, e-mail 2. Password&Security 3. Payment & Shipping 4. Subscriptions

iPhone SE, iOS 15

Set this Up Anew:

If it comedown to it, then you could reset your iPhone to Factory Settings, as if you were to sell it. Perform as instructed here, including the backup: What to do Before you Sell, Give Away, or Trade in your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
