Can't access "Name, Phone Numbers, Email" or "Password & Security" on iOS 13.5.1

i have an iPhone 8 running iOS 13.5..

When I attempt to access Settings > AppleID, iCloud, iTunes & App Store > Name, Phone Numbers, Email or Password & Security, it “spins” continually without stopping. I can reach everything else on that page (e.g., Payment & Shipping, iCloud, and iTunes & App Store) and other settings.

I have powered the device off and on and signed out and in of my AppleID account.

Are there any known solutions for this?

Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.

Try a forced restart.

Reset Device.

If necessary

Hard reset.

Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.

Restore to Factory setting.

Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup.

You are entitled to 90 days of free telephone support from Apple. Try contacting them.

Apple Support Contact.

Work through the screens to get an email or chat option.

Apple Support by e-mail or chat.

I hace done all this and sitll can access Can't access "Name, Phone numbers, Email" or "Password & Security" on my iPhoneXR and brand new iPad!!!!! the other issue is none of my email is in sync with icloud so if i delate an email on my iMac I then have to do it again on my iphone and again on my iPad it's driving me nuts
