itunes doesnt show my disabled ipad

my ipad is disabled as i got my passcode wrong (8 times) - i have it plugged it into my PC and in recovery mode but itunes doesnt recognise it - Nor can i find it in my files

My iPad is disabled My iPad is disabled from too many passcode tries. The screen says “DISABLED Connect to iTunes” so I did and the iPad pops up in my devices list, but I can’t access it in anyway.
