13 pro - how to set camera timer?

I've followed video directions but find no screen that shows the camera timer icon. Phone new last week November 2021

iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 15

Tap the little arrow at the top of the screen:

Then, you'll see the time icon at the bottom of the screen:
