I had one admin user and the guest user, but I need to give this MacBook to a colleague. I tried creating a new admin user, but when I click the unlock in Users & Settings, the original admin remains greyed out so I can’t select it to delete. The new admin user is the top of the list; the old admin user is under. Suggestions please?
