airpod not working

Hello,

My airpods aren't working properly. I think they are 2nd generation. Sound is coming out of one of them, but not the other. In order for sound to come out of the one that's not working, I have to hold it or wiggle it in a certain way in my ear. Frustrating. Tried cleaning it using the cleaning tips through apple.com, didn't work. Any troubleshooting tips? Or do I need to get it repaired? If so, where? Thanks!
