Without clicking any buttons, some of my contacts are receiving a notification that I’m silencing my texts. I do not have focus on and haven’t made any changes to my notifications.
This is happening randomly and only to some contacts, not all.

All of the above has been done and did not resolve the issue.
I spoke to a Apple support agent and was informed that it’s not an issue that has a fix at this time. Hopefully it will be corrected with the next update.
Level 1 support is hit and miss always...never put a lot of stock in what they say, particularly if it's an issue that there is no actual answer for. If it sounds like they're just passing the buck (to the "next update"), I'd grab a supervisor and hope this person has more knowledge than level 1 did.
Mine is doing the same thing. My focus is off. There is nothing what do ever on! My friends keep getting the message every time I send a text message to them that I have my notifications silenced.

It's understandable that you'd want this resolved if you are not wanting that to happen, so allow us to assist with that. Please start by taking a look here: Set up Focus on iPhone. We advise checking the steps under Custom Focus to make sure that was accidentally set up.
In addition, whenever there is unexpected behavior from your iPhone, we advise that you rule out some common issues by taking the following steps, which may help with this behavior: restart your iPhone, make sure it is up to date and close the Messages app and reopen it.
