Font size on the iphone 12Mini
Is the font size for the 12Mini small than the regular size iphone 8 or iphone 12?

No. It's the same onscreen size, but the screen is smaller so it may look smaller. You can however make it larger if you need to in Settings->Display & Brightness->Text Size, you can move the slider at the bottom to increase or decrease the font size.
