In Icloud Photos on my PC, how do I hide photos?

I have a bunch of photos in my "photos" "library", with the "photos/moments" option at the top set to "photos". I want to put those photos in an album so they don't show up in Library -> Photos -> Photos, but where I can still look at them later in an album. I've already added them to an album.

Other web pages talk about finding the "hide" option under the share icon (square box with an arrow pointing up from the middle), but I don't see that option on my PC.

Sort of funny that the "hide" option is hidden under "share".

Thanks in advance

Not for me. I can't move photos to the predefined "Hidden" "Library". When I create my own album named "Hidden" and copy photos there, they still show up in the main feed.

Maybe I should just use "Moments" (which hides these imported photos) instead of choosing "Photos", but I don't know what "Moments" means (no mouse-over popup help)

Also, it looks like I can upload photos to the predefined "Hidden", but not more them there from the main feed.

It's like there's no usability testing.
