Hi jb550,

We see that you're unable to drag playlists into a Playlist Folder, and we’re happy to help.

Drag and drop items on Mac -- Just to confirm, these are the steps to use to drag and drop items.

How to use safe mode on your Mac -- If you’re doing it correctly, restart your Mac in safe mode and test the issue. Whether or not you’re able, restart your Mac normally to exit safe mode. If you were able to in safe mode, test again once you’re back to the Desktop. Please be aware: "When you start up in safe mode, your Mac prevents some software, such as startup items, from loading, and it performs a check of your startup disk. Your Mac may take longer to start up because of the check."

New user or group setup -- If you weren’t able to drag and drop playlists, or it stopped working after exiting safe mode, create a new Administrator account and test there. You’ll need to exit your own account and log into the new one, and also add some music to this user account to test.

Let us know how that goes.

Take care.
