You should have stated which iOS version you are using along with your iPhone model information. I will have to assume that you are using iOS 14/15 and provide the following response.

Open Settings ➔ FaceID & Passcode ➔ Change Passcode ➔ Passcode Options ➔ Custom Numeric Code: Here, setup your 6 digit numeric code.
