import photos from another photolibrary

I cannot import photos from another photolibrary, an error message appears saying it is necessary to repair de photolibrary. How can I do this?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 12.0

To repair the library open it with the Option+Command keys held down. That will start the library repair procedure.
