is it possible that apple blocks my data connection of my phone sim?

hi my sim does not browse apple phones.

i changed iphone from 7plus to Xs.

the sim sees the 3 / 4G network but cannot take to the network.

I've tried everything ...

- reset network settings

- network reset by the telephone company

- clinic of the telphonic sim with the same number

- initialization of iphone Xs and access to my icloud

- initialization of the iphone Xs and new icloud account

- activate and deactivate the network in all possible ways

- other sims worked very well on my Iphone Xs

- my sim works well on android phones.

i can only think that apple is blocking the navigation of my number ..

do you have any ideas?
