Mobile data settings

My settings screen for data is blank. Have reset, obtained a new sim, toggled airplane mode. Provider sent a new pre configured sim so it should have worked.

the general about screen shows my sim correctly but network provider lock shows a partial “No sim re” then I can’t read any more. Provider Lebara (Vodafone) is adamant no problem showing at their end and number is fine.

iPhone8plus is my handset. Help !

Try first to optimize the range of the mobile network, see this Apple article:
