The Magic Keyboard for iPad is a premium product - with a corresponding premium price tag. This keyboard features a trackpad - and allows you to position the iPad in an adjustable “floating” position above the keyboard. This keyboard incorporates a pass-though USB-C connector, within the central hinge of the keyboard, that allows a very neat connection to the Power Adapter; the iPad will charge via the Smart Connector that connects the iPad to the Magic Keyboard.
The Magic Keyboard for iPad is available in White or Black.

The Smart Folio keyboard is a much simpler and cheaper design - without a trackpad. The Smart Folio keyboard folds in sections to provide a simple support against which the iPad will lean. The is no pass-through power connection.
