Why I don’t have the option to chose monthly installments when buying a new iMac?

i am using a trade in and two gift cards and I would like to pay the remaining balance with monthly installments with my Apple Card, but I am not giving the choice. I can only pay the balance in full. Am I doing something wrong?

Apple Card Monthly Installment Payments Can you pay additional monthly payments when you select monthly installments on your Apple Card for a MacBook purchase? Example if the monthly installments payment is set for $86 monthly can you pay $100.
