If Touch ID doesn’t work there is nothing you can do to fix it. Did you have the screen replaced? That will break Touch ID unless Apple or an Apple-authorized service provider does the replacement.

As I said, Touch ID can’t be fixed once it stops working. The touch ID hardware has been damaged.
