Why to Screen Record:

It is something to use when you want to record what is going on --How I Use it: Let's say you're having issues on a site, and need to report how it is occurring to the Web Master of the site you are visiting. You'd start the recording > tap buttons, open new windows, and so on > and then stop the Screen Recording. You be able to report this. showing it to those who need to see it.

Note: It's you recording your own screen not someone else doing it remotely.
