Contact picture not coming full screen

I put the contact profile picture but when incoming call coming from that number profile picture not showing full screen i delete the contact and resave the contact also but still not shows please help

iPhone 11, iOS 15

Open Settings ➔ Phone ➔ Incoming Calls: Set this to FULL SCREEN. You probably have this setting set to Banner.
