How long is the cooldown until the notify anyway goes away ? when i notify my friend on accident it’s always still notifying them and i don’t know how to make it stop. it just keeps notifying them over and over again for a while.

As long as the Focus is "On". If you have any scheduled Focus, till the schedule is over.
I’ve had the same issue. I’ll accidentally click it and the following messages are always dinging. How long does it ding them after I accidentally press ‘notify anyways’? (Assuming I’m constantly sending messages)
