Updating iCloud storage

You mentioned trying it already on your cellular network, along with the current Wi-Fi network to which it's connected. As it was unclear, have you been able to test this while connected to a completely different Wi-Fi network?

We wouldn't recommend upgrading your iCloud storage from another person's phone. We only recommend trying the steps on your own devices. As this is occurring when trying from your iPhone, this is the reason we recommend trying on another device, like your computer as one example. Or, is your iPhone the only device you have with access to the internet?

Any issues with using internet-based apps on your iPhone, like browsing in Safari for example?
