Welcome to Apple Support Communities.
Go to the Mac App Store and select the "Purchased" tab. Download the Apps from there.

You can't. iMovie requires macOS 11.5.1 or later, GarageBand requires macOS 11.0 or later.
Ok, but I had garageband in very old Macbook, perhaps I find old versions somehow
If you downloaded GarageBand under your current Apple ID then yes, look for it under the Purchased tab in the App Store. Otherwise, you can't.
