is it possible to somehow restore data to the iPhone after restoring the Dfu?

My girlfriend forgot her iPhone password, I had to do dfu, everything was deleted, photos and notes were very important there. We hope for help

Without a backup I'm afraid there is no way to recover anything.

Was the phone ever backed up to a PC or Cloud ?

Going forward, your girlfriend should set up a regular backup. If the iPhone is plugged in at night, connected to WiFi and iCloud backup is enabled, the phone will automatically back up every night.
