Change birthday or reset the ECG app

When setting up the Apple ECG app in Health for my Apple Watch, I entered my birthday wrong.

If I go to Health -> Profile Pic -> Health Details, my actual birthday is there. But I know for a fact the date there is different to the one I used to set up the ECG app.

How can a change the age for the ECG app? If not, how can I reset the settings of ECG so I can set it up again with the correct birthdate? Reinstalling the app on my Apple Watch did not work.

Hi, Kaiffe, and thanks for reaching out. We see that you're having issues changing your age in the ECG app. We'll be glad to help out.

If you open the Watch app on your iPhone, then navigate to Health > Health Details; you can press the "Edit" button to change your birth date from this area.
