Email account

I am trying to help a lady with her iPhone. She has a suspicious email account that she did not setup and I cannot delete. I have tried all the ways I have done in the past. there is no Delete Account button Any ideas would be appreciated.

URGENT!Fraudulent email showing up in Today I just noticed a fraudulent icloud email showing up on my iphone on auto fill. Try this: go to: Settings -> Mail -> tap Mail

Then tap Accounts.

If you see the suspicious email account -> tap on it -> tap Delete account.
