Can't dial certain numbers

Recently, I can't call some numbers with my iPhone. At first, I thought it was due to my provider, but they gave me a new SIM card, but the problem remained. When I try to call the numbers, they do not ring. I immediately hear 3 beeps. It then says in my call history: call cancelled. So the strange thing is that this is only with a few numbers. The provider said that this is probably due to my iPhone.
