Left AirPods Pro ear bud does to work on my new 16" MacBook Pro.

It seems my left AirPods Pro ear bud is not working on my M1 Max 16" MacBook Pro, while it works fine when listening from my iPhone 12 Pro Max. Is anyone else having this or a similar issue?

MacBook Pro (2020 and later)

Nevermind, I had the balance in the sound settings all the way to the right. Should have checked that first. Ha!
