Old iphone showing

I forget my old iPhone 6 password and I also log out the apple ID from that after transferring the data to the new phone now I want to use it again but it's showing iPhone disabled connect to Itunes.

Guess you forgot the passcode . . . ., if so see this Apple article:

You need a computer (Windows OS or macOS).

I also log out the apple ID

After you have access the iPhone, sign in with the Apple ID.

The iPhone will be add to your account, see this Apple article:

Check your Apple ID device list to see where you're signed in
