Hi, Do to a bit of a technical glitch, I deleted my daughter’s COVID vaccine from my Health and Wallet App. Now, when I try to add it again, it says this record is already in my applications. However, it is not. Any thoughts on how to restore a vaccine record? Thanks

It sounds like you may just need to add it to your wallet again. According to the resource you used to reach out to us:
“If you have an existing verifiable vaccination record stored in the Health app
If you previously scanned a QR code, downloaded a file, or connected with your healthcare provider to add your health records on your iPhone or iPod touch, you can add your stored verifiable COVID-19 vaccination record to Wallet.

This is a wonderful suggestion. However, the immunization record is no longer showing up in the Health App. Yet, when I try to add it to the Health App, it says that it has already been added.
This record is for one of my two children. Perhaps, because there is an existing record for one child, it won’t accept the other. That said, this seems shortsighted as I would assume many people got their children vaccinated on the same day and that would be the only identical element in the record (meaning, not the name, vaccine code, etc)
Any advice that could solve the problem
is greatly appreciated.
