Blue arrow Safari on iPhone

Does anyone know what this blue arrow means in Safari? Also, how can I turn this off?

Dark grey bar appears when selecting any text box Is there any way to get rid of this dark grey bar that appears when selecting any text box in Safari in iOS 14.4.2? I’m using an iPhone 12 Pro Max. I’ve been trying to search for a solution but haven’t been able to find one yet.
