Bluetooth not seeing Cowin E7 headphones

iMac IOS Monterey 12.0.1

Bluetooth does not see my Cowin E7 Headphones. I have already contacted Cowin and did everything they said. I am now contacting Apple again. This is my second request. There is something very wrong with the current Apple bluetooth set up. Apple response to this issue has been truly pathetic. These headphones work just fine on my iPad but not the iMac. Tell me - what headphones will work with my rather expensive iMac?

We understand you are frustrated however you will attract more bees with honey then with rancor. You may want to tone down your rant a bit and post specifics. From what I can tell you did not do your due diligence, nothing in their specifications indicate they are compatible with Mac OS. What the say are:
