Syncing iPhone, IPad, and Desktop AOL Mail so I don’t have to duplicate clearing each device?

I use to be able to work on my Aol mail on my IPad or Desktop and not matter which one I was on if I cleared or marked as read a email on one device it would do the same on the other device. How can I get back to it doing this again. Causes me problem to where Ive got to much mail on my IPad or IPhone. Or I end up duplicating answering emails twice thinking I haven’t done. How can I get back to where they are all synced together and I don’t have to do as much work! I have the same user mane and password for my mobile Apps as for my desktop Mail. Does anyone know how to make this work again.

Hate seeing I’ve got 1000’s of emails to look at! Please help if you can?

Hey there DPmax,

Let's take a closer look together at what's happening to help get your AOL emails to sync across all three devices.

You mentioned that it did sync with all three in the past without any issues, but when did this first start?

Are you using the built-in Mail app, or a third-party app to view your emails on your devices?

While we're unsure of what version your computer can be upgraded to, if you have a compatible iPad/iPhone model, the latest version is iOS 15.1.1 and iPadOS 15.1. You can verify this within Settings > General > About. Here's a link that'll show how to first back up, then Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

Take care!
