Troubleshooting make/receive calls

Hello,

Suddenly, possibly since the most recent update, I am unable to predictably make and receive calls from my iPhone 7. It occasionally does work but most of the time, it does not. This is extremely frustrating. Everything else seems to work fine. Can you please help me?
