Is there a charge for support when contacting technicians digitally or using Genius Bar for support on issue?

Is there a charge when getting online technical support for my IBookG4 or at Genius Bar? Thanks.

Generally, no. If hardware must be repaired there is a charge; any charges will be disclosed to you.


The iBookG4 is more than 15 years old and no longer supported.
