I would like to know how to book an appointment to both get customer support with my computer, as well as making an in store purchase. As soon as possible would be appreciated as it involves stalking, hacking and mental distress from my end.

Genius Bar personnel has shifted their attention to mostly repairs and hardware related issues; they may do software troubleshooting occasionally. So there may be a long wait.


As for shopping, you can just walk into a store and ask for shopping help.


The best thing to address your problems is to change your Apple ID, all passwords (everywhere - and make them very difficult), get a new/different credit card if necessary, change banks if necessary, and then erase your device and reinstall the OS. You wind up with a like new device and no one else will have access unless you give them your ID and passwords.
