The best thing to address your problems is to change your Apple ID, all passwords (everywhere - and make them very difficult), get a new/different credit card if necessary, change banks if necessary, and then erase your device and reinstall the OS. You wind up with a like new device and no one else will have access unless you give them your ID and passwords.
