Contacting Genius Bar
I took my MacBook Pro in to my local Apple store on February 9th to test and see why it keeps crashing, and I keep receiving emails to call Genius Bar because they have information on the repair. However, every time I try calling the number of the store, I get sent to Apple support by the automated system where they tell me they don’t have info on it, and the support website also tells me to call Genius Bar. What can I do to be able to talk to the specialists that have my laptop? The location is Summit Sierra Reno.
